I'm finding the inactivity of debt reduction hard to get used to. When losing weight I had to do something, ie get off my butt and move, to make the process work. If I over ate, I could go exercise and burn off the calories. I could actually do something; I had control. However with debt reduction, it's the lack of activity, ie mindless spending, that will give me success. I want to be actively doing something to reduce my debt. I don't want to just sit around and wait for it to happen. Maybe I need another job. I'll have to think about this.
